Holiday Support

One in six Native families live below the federal poverty level. 

Many families cannot always afford holiday gifts or extras. PWNA’s Holiday services help our reservation partners spread community cheer and participation at times when many families are experiencing more stress and disenfranchisement.

We serve about 15,000 children and Elders during the holidays.

Our children’s stockings and Elder’s gift bags are filled with practical items to meet immediate needs. These types of distributions also help Program Partners and local volunteers develop skills for future event planning and community service.
