The Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center in Sioux City is hosting a “What’s on Wednesday” event on March 26 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., focusing on Native American history and maize, a crop native to Siouxland. Families can learn about maize, make beaded Indian corn, design a bushel basket, and complete activity pages. The event is free, and the series alternates weekly between activities for children and adults. For more information, contact the Interpretive Center at (712) 224-5242.
