The North American Indigenous Athletics Hall of Fame (NAIAHF) has announced its 2025 class of inductees, recognizing 71 individuals and four teams for their significant contributions to athletics. The inductees include 42 athletes, along with coaches, trainers, and teams, continuing the Hall’s mission to honor Indigenous sports figures across North America.

Founded in 2022 by Dr. Dan Ninham (Oneida) and Susan Ninham (Red Lake Ojibwe), the NAIAHF celebrates Indigenous sports cultures in 27 North American countries. The organization aims to inspire future generations by recognizing excellence and leadership in athletics.

The 2025 inductees will be celebrated at a banquet on June 7, 2025, at the Oneida Conference Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin, alongside past honorees. Notable athletes in this year’s class include Marcus Oliveira (Menominee), Marvin Camel (Salish), Ashley Nichols (Chippewas of the Thames), and Justina Di Stasio (Cree), as well as teams like the Haudenosaunee Nationals Women’s Box Lacrosse Team and the North Americans Men’s Team. More information can be found on the NAIAHF website.
